Hey Y’all!
I’m Kait Rosseter

I’'M A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BLOGGER & I’M SO HAPPY YOU’RE HERE!

I went from struggling daily to take time for myself to prioritizing my mentality, health, daily routines and overall lifestyle.

Now, I am blessed to make a living sharing those life changing lessons with you!

I started out right where you are with my journey

I was working full time in the music & event industry and completely loved it! Working was my life, but I was working so hard that I didn’t even realize how thin of a line I was walking — until I got laid off in the midst of a global pandemic and had to figure out what was I going to do next?!

I was forced to take a deeper look at myself and decide what I really wanted my life to look like, which led me to my bigger question: What truly makes me happy?

How could I possibly be asking myself this question at 30 years old?? I thought I’d know myself better than that at this point in my life. Have a backup plan, a next love, something. Nope, I was totally lost!

Collage of Kait Rosseter at social events and in professional settings including a country music concert, posing at a red carpet event, at the Omni Nashville Hotel, and at an event with a Minion mascot.

So there I was, living off what was supposed to be a down-payment on a house & unemployment to make ends meet, all the while completely losing my mind along with any shred of who I thought I was.

I looked in the mirror and wasn’t happy with the person I saw looking back, but realized that time I never took for myself — well here it was! I tried out so many different trends until I started finding things I genuinely loved & crafted a daily routine that doesn’t just fit my life but FUELS it!

I already had big dreams of escaping the 9 to 5, spending my days doing something I love, making it to that pilates class I never had time to take, traveling the world, genuinely living my life. I knew there had to be more to life than waking up tired, working 5 days a week (staying late most nights) wishing it was the weekend so I could do something for me. Then Saturday would come along and I just wanted to sleep away the next 48 hours. Some life, huh?

Now I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, have a positive mindset, confidence in myself & refuse to trade that in for someone else’s success. I want to share these tips with you & help you achieve the best life you can! Trust me when I say
A GREAT LIFE IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU TOO!

Let’s Get to Know Each Other!

Here’s Some Fun Facts!

  • Aerial view of a sandy beach with colorful umbrellas and sunbathers, adjacent to turquoise ocean water with some swimmers.

I'm Born & Raised in Florida!

I will always be a FL girl at heart! My mother still lives there & even though we live almost 1,000 miles away from each other we have a great relationship and talk daily.

When I told her I was starting BetterTogether she thought I was crazy, had no idea what I was talking about & was still super supportive.

She keeps me grounded & is an amazing role model. She’s the most caring, selfless person you’ll meet with just the right amount of sass!

  • A collage of three photos showing a dog and a cat. The top left photo shows a tan and white dog sitting on a sidewalk, looking up. The top right photo shows a tabby cat lying on a cream-colored knitted blanket. The bottom photo shows a tan and white dog lying on a pink couch with a gray blanket, with a tabby cat sitting nearby.

I have 2 amazing fur babies

These girls are my world & I truly have no idea what I did to deserve them.

Sheba is a 14 year-old Shiba Inu/Lab mix (super original name, I know ha!) and Ivy is an 11 year-old dog stuck inside of a cat.

One day I hope to care for some house plants, as well. Currently, any plant that sets roots in my home is sadly doomed to die. Next goal: learn to love plants & gardening.

  • A pizza with cheese, figs, prosciutto, dollops of ricotta, and green herbs on a baking sheet.

I love to cook & I'm finally getting good at it!

There was a time (sadly not too long ago) when I would set off fire alarms cooking eggs. I’ve also become besties with my thermometer & my chicken is no longer guaranteed to bring food poisoning.

Now, I’ve become so much more comfortable in the kitchen, enjoy crafting new meals & find peace in the process of cooking for myself, but especially love hosting dinner parties.

  • A wooden house with a thatched roof is built on stilts on a cliff side, with a set of stairs leading down to a trail. The background features rocky islands and the ocean under a partly cloudy sky, surrounded by lush greenery.

I love all things outdoors & travel

I value experiences in life so much more than anything I could ever hope to buy.

I’ve traveled to Ireland, England, France, Spain & in my spare time you can find me exploring trails, waterfalls and towns a few hours outside of Nashville — where I now live.

I believe the best gift you can give yourself is to get outside of your hometown, explore new cultures, learn a new language & appreciate the world around us.
